We get quite a few questions. Here are answers several of the most frequently asked ones here. Can’t find your answer? Feel free to give us a call or contact us here.

  • My toilet is draining slowly, is that something you can fix?

Yes! We can give you several different options to fix whatever issue you may have with your toilet.

  • Can you repair a water heater?

Of course! Water heaters can be repaired or replaced depending on age and condition.

  • My toilet flushes by itself, what is going on?

When a toilet “ghost flushes” it normally means the parts inside the toilet need to be replaced. Just give our team a call and we can help you!

  • I am hearing running water, but not seeing any. What is happening?

You could have a waterline leaking in the yard. It could also be a slab leak or faucet issue. With a slab leak you might notice one or all of the following: a hot spot on the floor, water around the foundation of the home, meter spinning, or high water bills.

  • Why don't I have hot water?

This normally means your water heater is leaking or needs a repair. Sometimes it can be as simple as the pilot light went out. In some cases you might need to hire someone to do a full replacement, which our team can provide.

  • More than one drain is clogged in my house, do I have a bigger problem?

When more than one toilet or drain is backed up, it could mean your main sewer line is clogged. This can happen when solids go down the drains, or a foreign object or debris enters the line. There could also be root intrusions or a break in the sewer lines. We are happy to help!

  • I have another estimate and would like to get a competitive estimate. Is that possible?

Send us your estimate from the competitor without pricing and we will competitively bid against the scope of work free of charge. We also provide competitive price-matching, when we are able!
